Robert Stio
Creative Director
Rob, or Stio as most people call him, has been working in the media industry for over twenty-five years. During his tenure Stio has worn many different hats, from an editor in a small post-production facility, to a location manager for Showtime, a producer for various production companies in Los Angeles, to directing a music video in Orlando, and now, the Creative Director of his own agency, Stio Perception Studio. His knowledge and experience are the backbone to SPS as he thrives to create a perception of reality through creative storytelling and bringing those visions to life.
Stio moved to Raleigh in 2019 with his wife, two cats and their sacred companion Luna the one-eyed wonder dog. Since relocating from Manhattan he has been privileged to work with some of Raleigh's finest including the North Carolina Museum of Natural Science, Eat Thai Raleigh, and other local artisans in the Triangle. BEGININGS
Stio has worked with many recognizable players in the industry with humble beginnings at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Other companies he has collaborated with include Showtime and Warner Bros, which has allow him the opportunity to also work with big-name clients, which Stio states: "It's been an honor and a privilege to work with all echelons of Hollywood only to realize, we are all in this together and at the end of the day, its all about telling a great story." His past experiences in both LA and Manhattan sets the stage for creating valued work, gaining assistance from industry leaders each step of the journey. He learned from some of the best and THIS is what Stio Perception Studios brings to the proverbial table.
